“The Promise, The Covenant, The Inheritance” (Even So, Abraham, pt 2)

Paul has more to add to his discourse on Abraham in Galatians 3 and takes his study with them down a different direction – and will introduce them to a classic rabbinic form, the qal vahomer, the argument from the least to the greatest.  If no one can change a covenant that men and women engage in together once it has been ratified, the how can it be that God’s would be any less “ironclad?”  If Abraham’s covenant was given by God and based on faith, then why would the Mosaic covenant coming 430 years later nullify the faith with works of the law?…
