1Sam. 12:7 Come, stand before the LORD while I cite against you all the kindnesses that the LORD has done to you and your fathers.
1Sam. 12:22 For the sake of His great name, the LORD will never abandon His people, seeing that the LORD undertook to make you His people.
After their victory to Samuel tells Israel “stand still,” take just take a minute to realize that all of this was done in spite of their lack of fatih, and sin. We all have to stand still when it comes time for God to tell us how much He loves us.
