Luke 14:11 For all who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”
Luke 14 is about a banquet that is not going well. It isn’t for only one reason – they invited this Teacher who seems to point out when He spots compassionless religious observance and this banquet is full of that. We ponder this as we are gathered around His Communion Table this Sabbath.
